The name of the child, father's name and mother's name, date of birth etc. should be entered correctly in the form as it appears on the Corporation/Municipal/Panchayat’s Birth certificate. No changes will be allowed later on.

It is mandatory to fill all the fields marked ( * ) in red. In case a field is not applicable to you please mention NA (Not Applicable).

Individual photographs can be uploaded online ONLY if the size equal or less than 20 kb.

The User Name and Password will be sent to the Mobile number mentioned in the Registration Form. Please note that this Mobile number will be used for all future correspondence with regard to the Application for Admission to St. Lawrence High School.

On completion of the above process the applicants can access online Application Form using the User Name and Password sent to you.

Auto Save feature is enabled in this system. Hence, in case your Computer shuts down or you suffer Internet Link failure, you can once again log in with your given User Name and password and continue filling in the Application Form till the point it was saved. Unsaved data will have to be re-entered.

The system will direct you to pay the Application Form and Processing Fee of Rs.500/-online. After you have made the payment online, the system will generate a payment acknowledgement receipt and the duly filled in Application Form in pdf format

Please take a colour print out of the Acknowledgment Receipt and Application Form on A4size paper in Portrait format.

Please keep a copy of the acknowledgment receipt as well as the form for future correspondence.
